This website showcases and sells original artwork, fine art prints, and commissioned works created by Christian Bañez. The site is hosted on Squarespace.

By using this site or making a purchase, you agree that these Terms & Conditions govern your use of the site and services.

2. Use of the Website

You agree:

3. Commissions

Commissioned artwork is custom-made. When commissioning a piece:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to begin.
  
  

• Timelines (creation and delivery) will be discussed before the project begins.
  
  

• Revisions are limited and outlined at the start of the project.
  
  

• Artwork must be paid in full before delivery or shipment.
  
  

• Commissioned artwork may not be reproduced, sold, or used commercially without written permission.
  
  

I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission at my discretion. If canceled by me, any payments (excluding completed work) will be refunded.

4. Sales, Payment, and Shipping

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Squarespace’s approved payment providers. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately.
  
  

• Delivery timelines depend on carrier services and destination.
  
  

• The buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  
  

• Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
  
  

Returns & Refunds

• Original artwork and commissions are final sale.
  
  

• Prints or products damaged in transit may be eligible for replacement if reported within 7 days of delivery, with photo evidence.
  
  

• Digital downloads (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  
  

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important. This website may collect and store information such as:
